Regret to inform, batch END JULY delay beyond our expected date!

As all of you are aware, batch ETA end July is the longest ever shipment delay we ever experienced.
We truly understood if some of you start to feel insecure.
But we can assure you that based on information recently received from shipper, shipment end July already reached Port Klang and the hold up is due to inspection matters under Kastam Malaysia.
We are doing our very best to gain latest information from shipper.
Once we able to receive good news shipment ready &  OTW to us,we’ll make an announcement and reach you to arrange for delivery / post / self pick up.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by the delay.

Although shipment delay is beyond our control, fret not because we will take full responsibility over any difficulties.

Thus, as has been stated in our Term & Condition;


“In the events where shipment arrival exceeds the estimated time arrival (ETA) for more than a month, customers may request cancellation and all previously paid amount will be refunded”

You may reach us if you would like to claim for refund or willingly to wait patiently for the shipment to arrive.

To overcome this issue, we will revise back the ETA for all batches, starting batch END AUGUST onward.
Stay tuned for next post, we will announce the adjustment a.k.a new date for the ETA (Expected Time of Arrival)
