This is WALNIQ EMPIRE – Terms & Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Center seeks to provide information about guidelines for user(s) (you) to use our eCommerce website; and WALNIQ EMPIRE commitment to privacy and to preserving the trust that our customers, visitors and others place in us.

Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Universal Terms of Use (“TOU”) carefully as they govern your access and use of this website (“Site”) and the products and services provided herein (“Products” and/or “Services”). These TOU are in addition to (not in lieu of) any specific terms and policies that apply to the Products or Services you purchase or access through the Site, which terms and policies are incorporated herein by reference. The TOU and specific terms and policies referenced herein are collectively the “Agreement”.
As used herein, “WALNIQ EMPIRE”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “ours” refers to https://walniqempire.com & https://bytwon.com and its affiliates. “Customer”, “Account Holder”, “you”, “your” or “yours” refers to the customer accessing this Site and purchasing and using the Products or Services together with any company or other business entity you are representing, if any.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Site, the Products or Services and these TOU at any time without prior notice to you. You should therefore review these TOU each time you access this Site to keep apprised of these changes.

 Our Terms & Policies

  • 1. SHIPMENT AND SCHEDULE
All price stated is inclusive of “shipping from Australia to our distribution centre in Bandar Saujana Putra, Selangor. By default we opt sea freight (transport by sea) and the delivery normally takes within 1month “upon collection from Australia warehouse).
 
Upon receiving your invoice, we’ve stated an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) which is the time when the ship arrives at Port Klang. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order.
And this doesn’t include custom check which will take around 4-14 days.
Be informed that we have no control over shipping schedule and custom check. Please be patient and fully understood the concept of preorder.
 
We will notify you once the shipment arrived.

  • 2. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Please take note that once your have paid, the transaction will be treated as final.
Any cancellation, exchange, modify or refund requested by customer will not be entertained.
(inclusive of customer change their mind & also non transferable to another item).
In the event of price changes (price increment by supplier) or unavailability of products/out of stock, we reserves the right to cancel the order and customers will be refunded
a full amount that have been paid earlier.
 
In the events where shipment arrival exceeds the estimated time arrival
(ETA) for more than a month, customers may request cancellation and all
previously paid amount will be refunded

  • 3. PRODUCT WARRANTY
The products warranty (if any) will generally be voided upon purchase
from WALNIQ EMPIRE, unless the product/manufacturer provides a worldwide
warranty.
 
Do take note some of AUNI ALYA BOOK CLUB’s product are OEM set. Please read carefully product description.
 

OEM are imported  set from China. Yet the contents are the same as EU set except for they may differs in term of quality, tone colour & some may not come with slipcase  etc.If you’re looking to buy something that’s affordable, OEM would be suitable for you.However, if you’re very particular about the appearance, originality etc, you may need to look for EU set elsewhere.

OEM set is meant for those scouting for value. This set is not for perfectionists who cannot tolerate the sight of a non-perfect slipcase. Please read carefully and consider before buying.

 

  • 4. DEFECT/DAMAGE/WRONG ITEM
WALNIQ EMPIRE is dedicated to provide our customers with the very best service. All items are carefully inspected before shipping out to our customers.
 
In the event that damage occurs in transit,
exhange of products OR refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
If any item has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition
if the wrong item which is different from the item is delivered.
 
For Auni Alya Book Club, we cannot guarantee on slipcase in the event that crack/dented occurs in transit. NO after sales on basis of outer cosmetic imperfection such as dent or cracked slip case.
We will only  compensate (with certain amount depending on severity) if  the books affected.
 
Provided always that the Customer forward us proof of affected item and shall return or caused to be returned to WALNIQ EMPIRE the aforesaid item unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is
first delivered to the customer.
 
If your item is damaged, WALNIQ EMPIRE will either partially/fully refund the money OR provide an exchange OR offer a store credit, depends on the severity of the defect.
For exchange with the same item, send us a request to our email. Yet replacement of items is subject to availability.
 
All damage claims must be made within 3days upon receiving the goods. To make a damage claim, you need to provide us:
   – Order No.
  – Your name and contact details.
  – Photo(s) of the damage;
  – Brief description of the quality issue you noticed

  • 5. OUT OF STOCK POLICY
While WALNIQ EMPIRE makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the true availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available online may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and, based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or your entire order.
 
Please keep in mind when you make purchase with WALNIQ EMPIRE, the actual stock fluctuates throughout the day.
 
After placement of order with required payment, Customer will
receive our reply acknowledging of order.
For clarification, such acknowledgement of Order does not constitute confirmation or guarantee of stock availability.
 
Once we received final checklist of items from shipper, and the item you ordered is marked as out of stock, we will make every effort to get ship your order either fully or partially. In the event that we are not able to secure the stock, we will process refund based on the amount you have paid.

  • 6. ORDER & PAYMENT
Our main ordering system by PREORDER basis which means you will have to place deposit upon confirming your order:
PREORDER: Min 50% deposit.
Once shipment arrive, customer are required to settle balance within 3 weeks after we’ve notify customer to make the payment. We reserve the right to “LELONG” your item if no response received @ M.I.A (no refund!)
 
As we also provide READYSTOCK ITEM, full payment is required upon confirming your order.
READYSTOCK BY TWO N: Full payment
READYSTOCK AUNI ALYA BOOK CLUB: Full payment
We favor “first pay first served” for customers, which means customer who made the very first payment, shall have the entitlement of purchase for readystock items. Strictly no booking without full payment.
 
Order(s) without the required payment will not be entertained.
 
We accept Bank Deposit or Credit Card via Paypal .
For Bank Deposit, please make the payment to our account within 24 hours upon placing the order and email the payment receipt to us.
 
Payment must be settled minimim 3 days BEFORE home delivery/post/self collect.
WALNIQ EMPIRE do not accept Cash Upon Delivery.
Please use IBFT – INSTANT TRANSFER.
If you opt for IBG, We have the right to hold delivery of your order till your payment clear and successfully debited into our account.
If you opt for PayPal, kindly take note PayPal will put your payment ON HOLD. Which means the fund will be debited into seller account at minimum 7 processing days. To speed this up, buyer is required to click “CONFIRM” in order for PayPay to release the fund instantly. We have the right to hold delivery of your order till your payment clear and successfully debited into our account.
 
If customers want to place order on items which are readystock & preorder, and wish to receive the readystock item first, kindly place your order separately.

  • 7. ITEM DISTRIBUTION
Customer is required to finalize your option either to post/home delivery/self pick up. This is very important to minimize delay in delivering your orders. Any changes afterwards won’t be entertained.
 
We won’t be responsible if customer provide wrong details (name/ contact number / address).
Any extra expenses incurred due to this matter will be borne by customer.

  • 8. ARRANGEMENT FOR POST (semanjung/sabah sarawak/singapore)
“WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND CUSTOMER TO SELF PICK UP/ OPT FOR HOME DELIVERY TO AVOID ANY RISK FROM COURIER COMPANY.”
 
We opt different/multiple courier service for postage. Should you have certain courier preference, please state upon confirming your order.
Arrangement will start within minimum 1 week once shipment arrived, which is the estimated amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order including unpack, quality check, transit time etc.
Do also take note your parcel will be posted out 3-5 working days upon receiving full payment.
 
P/S: Please be patient if you opt for postage. Postage may took some time as we need to carefully wrap & pack each items. Please take note also that we’ll post in stages; batch by batch, according to payment list. Alternatively, we highly recommended you to opt for self pick up.

  • 9. ARRANGEMENT FOR SELF PICK UP
Location: BSP10, Bandar Saujana Putra
 
Full address will be forwarded once we received full payment from customer.
Customer is required reconfirm date & time (when & where) min 3 days earlier.
 
No last minute arrangement. Please also let us know ahead of time if you are on the way & need to cancel/reschedule.

  • 10. ARRANGEMENT FOR HOME DELIVERY
Runner will charge based on distance (bulky item extra charge) regardless of quantity.
Kindly settle balance & reconfirm date & time (when & where) min 3 days earlier. No last minute arrangement.
Please take note for delivery to condo/apartment/hotel/office (any mid/high-rise building), runner will deliver till building lobby only.
 
  • 11. TRACKING NUMBER
WALNIQ EMPIRE will provide tracking number on Tracking Number page only.
Customer are required to follow up directly with the respective courier company if you need to track status of the parcel.

  • 12. REFUSAL OF SERVICE
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
 
To ensure a simple, transparent order, payment and delivery service we’ve provided all the information you need. We strongly advise all our customers to carefully read our Terms and Conditions prior to ordering to avoid any inconvenience for either side.
